About
Professional Development Opportunity
“[Case method teaching] makes the lessons more exciting and student-driven, and I have found that students leave the classes with a stronger understanding of the material than a simple lecture or reading could provide.” — CMI partner teacher

Throughout the year, the Case Method Institute hosts Zoom-based workshops led by Professor David Moss of Harvard Business School for high school teachers interested in how to implement the case method in their classrooms. Teachers participate in case discussions, hear from fellow high school educators who have taught cases, and discuss how to adapt the case method for their students.

The Case Method Institute also offers a fully asynchronous, self-paced version of the same professional development program, available to start at your convenience.

Regardless of which path you take, the Institute covers all expenses, including the cost of the professional development programs, the cases and other teaching materials, and ongoing support from our team.
